Wacki Cacti started
out as a way to brighten up my yard during a drought
a few years ago that brought about water rationing in
Southern California. Pretty soon people were saying
"Those are neat, could you make one for me?" Each Wacki
Cacti is a custom piece of art. After getting some basic
input from my client, such as general size, shape and
perhaps, color, I get some plywood, very often I recycle
scraps that have been discarded, and I proceed to build
and paint the Cacti by hand. Each one is unique and
each one is signed when it is finished.
